Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise to help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Through movement, breath, and awareness, Tai Chi reduces stress and increases relaxation. Fun and experienced instructor. Tuesdays & Thursdays for 8 weeks, June 17-Aug 7. First session free. $5/session.
