Give yourself this special and needed time to turn within toward deep rest and to receive self-replenishment. In this workshop, you will participate in easeful yoga stretches, deeply restful restorative yoga poses, breathing practices, guided meditation, and reflection. You will also receive the healing energy of Reiki enhancing stress reduction and relaxation. Bring your yoga mat and a journal. All are welcome. No experience needed.
